Ratcliffe’s criminal referrals are tied to CIA-specific intelligence and operations (as opposed to the FBI referrals that were issued by DNI Tulsi Gabbard)
He sent referrals about Brennan’s role in briefing Obama and pushing fake Russia-Trump ties, as well as Comey’s approval of FBI investigations into Trump based on fabricated evidence directed by Obama.
Comey is also linked to referrals involving Hillary Clinton for allegedly approving a campaign strategy fraudulently tying Trump to Russia – to help Hillary in the election.
Ratcliffe’s referrals target Brennan, Comey, and Clinton, but do not include higher-level figures like Obama or Clapper.
However, DNI Gabbard has that covered from the FBI referrals – where she specifically implicates Obama for overseeing the Russia- Trump hoax, alongside Brennan, Comey, and Clapper.
Experts say Ratcliffe’s referrals target CIA “deep state” elements, while Gabbard’s focus is on the Obama administration.
John Brennan: Accused of briefing President Obama on the Clinton plan and pushing fabricated intelligence about Russian support for Trump. Sources say the FBI is investigating him for perjury in congressional testimony.
James Comey: Involved in approving the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation based on fabricated evidence, including the Steele dossier
Hillary Clinton: Approved the strategy of creating Russia-Trump narratives.
Ratcliffe has included her in referrals for potential orchestration.
The DOJ is reportedly considering a special prosecutor for a “grand conspiracy” case.
