The Veto comes as the Republican Governor signed his state’s new budget for the next fiscal year which starts on July 1st.
According to a report, the budget is a record $109.9 billion however, funds for a Pasco sports complex that was expected to become a spring-training facility for the Tampa Bay Rays, will not be included.
The Florida Republican signed his state’s new budget Thursday for the coming fiscal year, which begins on July 1.
