A South Carolina Democrat has been caught giving hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign cash, to relatives House Majority Whip – James Clyburn – who is second in line only to Nancy Pelosi apparently gave a hefty payday his grandson, two of his daughters and their husbands, this according to Federal Election Commission records.
The records show that Jennifer Clyburn Reed, who is the Democrat’s daughter received $45,000 in July and December of 2020 for “consulting” and “campaign management fees”
In addition, more than $60,000 was paid for her in office rent since March, with the checks being made out to an LLC that her husband owns.
Clyburn’s second daughter Angela Hannibal has taken in more than $20,000 with her husband receiving about $70,000 and his grandson raking in about $35,000 grand.
