Talks between members of the Senate and organizers of the People’s Convoy are officially underway. The People’s Convoy and the Northeast Convoy were joined by the Northwest convoy last night and all three rolled out onto the D.C. Beltway earlier today.
10,000 uncounted mail in ballots were found in Harris County, Texas after the state’s first in the nation 2022 primary election that was held last week. The primaries included a record setting performance by Governor Greg Abbott who racked up more votes than any other gubernatorial primary in history.
A spokesperson for the Abbott Campaign said,
“35 counties had the most historic Republican Primary turnout ever including presidential years. 182 of the counties had turn out above the highest of any midterm Gubernatorial primary and 75 counties got more votes than he’s ever received in a Republican GOP primary for Governor. There was two million votes, almost a half a million more votes than we got in 2018.”
According to Harris County officials the ballots were scanned into the tabulation computer but were not counted in the final tally officials say they understand how serious the error is and are working to keep it from happening in the future. The 2020 General Election was marred with allegations of widespread voter fraud.
