The Hungarian government has announced that it will be releasing a documentary exposing the “USAID” scandal.
The country says the film will highlight how millions of dollars have been used to support left-wing political movements in Hungary.
Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and his Fidesz party, said the movie will focus on revealing how USAID funneled millions of dollars into ideological movements in their country.
According to Fidesz, the USAID, under the Biden administration, allocated as much as $23 billion globally—to influence politics in other nations, including Hungary.
They claim that Hungarian activist NGOs, political organizations, and liberal media, which claimed to be independent, received money through USAID to promote Democrat agendas such as illegal immigration, transgenders, and war stances.
Orbán’s government says USAID is working with George Soros’s Open Society Foundations in the plot.
According to a recent report by the Sovereignty Protection Office, which investigates foreign influence, USAID’s Central Europe Program launched during the Biden Administration, gave $35 million to eight countries in the region for political pressure, with Hungary being a key target.
They also say that the money was used to support groups that overlapped with George Soros’s network.
