Illegal Migrant Who K*lled 3, Was Ordered Deported By Trump But USCIS Stepped In & Stopped His Deportation

The Illegal migrant truck driver who killed 3 people – was ordered to be deported by Trump Administration – but U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services stepped in and stopped his deportation

Harjinder Singh, who made an illegal U-turn on a Florida turnpike and killed three people when their vehicle slammed into the trailer of the truck, was processed for expedited removal – AKA fast track deportation – by the Trump administration back in 2018 – the same day he came into the country.

However, he claimed that he was scared to go back to India – that’s when the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services decided his fear was credible so they blocked the deportation, allowed him to stay in the country and released him on a $5,000 immigration bond in January 2019.

Singh was arrested by US Marshals in California on Saturday He’s being charged with three counts of vehicular homicide.

Officials say that Gavin Newsom’s California issued him a commercial driver’s license – even though he was not eligible – and failed an English proficiency test, along with only accurately recognizing 2 out of 12 traffic signs after the crash.

Singh is confirmed as an Indian national who crossed the U.S.-Mexico border illegally near San Ysidro, California, on September 20, 2018.

He was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol on the same day and processed for expedited removal, a fast-track deportation mechanism under the Trump administration.

Singh claimed fear of returning to India, leading to a review by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), which issued a positive fear finding on December 26, 2018.

Following the USCIS decision, he received a Notice to Appear (NTA) for immigration court proceedings.

An immigration judge set a $5,000 bond on January 10, 2019, which was posted on January 11, 2019, which allowed him to roam the country while he went through immigration proceedings

Singh has been in immigration court processes since then.
