The man who attacked and k*lled woman at a gas station, by hitting her repeatedly with a hammer, has been identified as an illegal migrant from Haiti.
He was released into the country by the Biden administration in 2022, according to DHS
Rolbert Joachin was ordered to be deported that same year, but the Biden administration stepped in and gave him Temporary Protected Status (TPS) protecting him from being deported.
He is now in ICE custody.***

“This illegal alien barbarically hit this woman in the head multiple times with a hammer. This heinous murderer was RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration. Not only did the Biden administration release him into the country, but they then gave him temporary protected status. Their reckless immigration policies cost this woman her life”
***Surveillance video captured the attack. Joachin is seen smashing a car windshield with a hammer in the parking lot of the gas station.
The clerk, a 42-year-old mother of two, stepped outside to confront him.
That’s when Joachin ran up to her and swung the hammer full force into her head. She collapsed. He then hit her six more times as she lay unconscious on the ground. She was pronounced dead at the scene minutes later.
Fort Myers police arrested Joachin, a 40-year-old illegal migrant, after a quick manhunt.
He is being charged with m*rder, and a judge has ordered him held without bond.

A 51-year-old mother of two daughters, who was working as a clerk at a Chevron gas station, was k*lled after being attacked by a man with a hammer.
According to police, the day before the attack, 40-year-old Rolbert Joachin had tried to get cash from the store’s ATM, but couldn’t, and demanded money from the victim.
She explained that the store didn’t control the ATM.
He left and came back the next day. He was caught on surveillance video smashing her car windows with a hammer.
When she came out to confront him, he ran toward her, and hit her head and face repeatedly with the hammer, even after she fell.
He demanded money again during the assault.
Two nearby people called 911. She died at the scene.
Fort Myers Police Chief Jason Fields said officers used every tool – aviation, K-9, and officers on every block – and refused to go home until they caught the suspect.
“We were not going home until we found him”
