Biden Judge Blocks Deportation Of Boulder Terror Attack Suspect’s Family

Biden appointed Judge has blocked the deportation of Mohamed Sabry Soliman’s family even though their Visas are also most likely expired – meaning they are in the country illegally.

Colorado judge , Gordon Gallagher, issued an order to stop the deportation of the wife and five children of Mohamed Sabry Soliman, the illegal migrant from Egypt charged with the terror attack in Boulder, Colorado, against Pro-Jewish advocates.

The attack, labeled an act of terrorism by the FBI, targeted a pro-Israel rally, injuring 15 people and a dog.

Soliman, who was in the U.S. illegally after overstaying a 2022 tourist visa, allegedly threw Molotov cocktails at demonstrators calling for the release of Israeli hostages in Gaza.

His family—wife Hayam El Gamal and their five kids—faced expedited removal proceedings, with the Trump administration pushing for their deportation.

In Gallagher’s ruling he said he needed to protect the family’s constitutional rights in what he called an “urgent situation.”

Gallagher’s decision falls in line with a pattern of Biden-appointed judges issuing injunctions against Trump’s policies—Senator Sheldon Whitehouse recently noted over 40 such injunctions since Trump’s second term started.

ICE arrested all of them on Wednesday and put them in federal custody where they were being processed for expedited removal.
