The Biden Administration has quietly activated The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and instructed them to set up a command center within Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to help ‘manage the border,’ this according to a source close to the situation.
The Biden Administration has denied there is a crisis at the Southern border causing many within CBP to question why Joe Biden is setting up an emergency management team to help manage the situation. Some with in CBP believe that the move is being made ahead of the Administration’s plan to rescind Title 42.
In a statement provided to Aguayo News a Border Patrol source said,
“The Biden Administration’s disastrous open border policies are crumbling under the weight of their own incompetence and ridiculousness. Retired Chiefs and higher ups currently fighting this mess believe Biden has facilitated a 2000 mile Port of Entry. By law you have to present yourself to an agent or an officer at a port of entry to claim asylum, rather than showing up at any point along the border. Now you can cross illegally at any point all along the Southern Border and claim asylum resulting in a 2000 mile open Port of Entry.”
The US Border Patrol has been overwhelmed with the massive influx of migrants that have been pouring into the country since Biden took office in 2020. Biden almost immediately ended Trump era immigration policies, stopped construction on the southern border wall, expanded the definition of Asylum, limited deportations and through Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas put in guidelines that dictated a ‘person cannot be deported simply for being in the country illegally.’
Last week The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advised Border Patrol agents to release the illegal migrants directly into the cities in which they arrive because border patrol facilities are over capacity. Now, after quickly processing each illegal migrant they release that illegal migrant directly into the city or town.
In addition, The Biden Administration quietly passed a rule change that essentially eliminates qualified immigration judges by giving the authority to grant entry of illegal migrants into the country to Immigration activists or USCIS officers.
An agent who worked in Border Patrol for 24 years told Aguayo News that not only are the illegal migrants coached on what to say when they encounter a Border Patrol agent, but one of the first questions they ask when they arrive at the southern border is “When do my benefits start?”
That source also said that the illegal migrants arrive with items such as iPhones, expensive luggage and in a state which suggests they do not have credible claims for asylum.
Last year 2 million illegal migrants crossed the southern border. In the last 5 months alone nearly 1 million illegal migrants arrived at the U.S. Mexico border, about 400,000 of those illegal migrant were allowed entry into the United States.
When the Biden Administration rescinds title 42 most are expecting that nearly 100% of illegal migrants will be allowed entry into the U.S. a move those in Border Patrol believe will have a devastating impact on the safety of the country, and it’s citizens.
