The Biden Administration secretly seized Trump’s phone & personal phone records then handed them over to Jack Smith for the Arctic Frost investigation
New FBI documents reveal that Biden took President Donald Trump’s government-issued phone and all of his personal phone records and gave them to former Special Counsel Jack Smith to use in his investigation into alleged election interference.
The documents have been given to Attorney General Pam Bondi and the DOJ
Bondi saying the ‘abuse of power’ is ‘unprecedented’ and one example of how Biden weaponized his DOJ to target Trump and hundreds of Republicans.
Bondi emphasized that the move allowed Smith – who was leading investigations into Trump’s 2020 election challenges and classified documents handling – to access sensitive and classified presidential communications without prior precedent or permission.
Adding to the concerns, when Smith subpoenaed Trump’s entire personal phone records, he extended government surveillance into private life, something Bondi warned violates the constitution.
“This kind of government weaponization has no place in America,” Bondi said
