BREAKING UPDATE: The Cedar Rapids Police Department has Arrested a Suspect In Taboo Nightclub Mass Shooting That Killed 2, Injured 10.
As a result of the investigation, Timothy Ladell Rush, 32, was arrested for:
- *Murder – 2nd Degree
- *Willful Injury – Causing Serious Injury
- *Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon
- *Reckless Use of a Firearm – Causing Serious Injury
- *Possession of a Firearm as a Felon.
Rush was transported to the Linn County Jail.
