Elon Musk’s Twitter has announced that it has dissolved its Trust and Safety Council, once led by Yoel Roth, the man who has since been exposed in the ‘Twitter Files’ for helping the government violate the first amendment by censoring, suspending and banning conservatives on Twitter.
Most recently the ‘Twitter Files’ revealed that President Donald Trump was permanently suspended by Twitter even though he did not violate any rules. The announcement to dissolve its Trust & Safety Council, which is made up of about 100 so called experts, on Monday night in an email saying the council was no longer “the best structure” to bring “external insights into our product and policy development work.”
Elon Musk previously asserted that Twitters Safety council ‘overlooked’ the exploitation of children on the platform deciding instead to focus on censoring conservative speech. In a live Twitter Spaces audio session, Musk said he recently discovered that child sex abuse was a severe problem on Twitter and that fighting it would be his top priority.
Musk then Tweeted out a portion of Roth’s graduate dissertation showing proof that Roth was permissive of the child sex abuse happening on the platform saying, “Looks like Yoel is arguing in favor of children being able to access adult Internet services in his PhD thesis,”

The email, that was signed ‘Twitter’ states,
“Our work to make Twitter a safe, informative place will be moving faster and more aggressively than ever before and we will continue to welcome your ideas going forward about how to achieve this goal.”
The volunteer group provided ‘expertise and guidance’ on how Twitter could better combat hate, harassment and other harms, however, many saw it as an arm of the democrat party and liberal agenda that targeted conservatives and Christian beliefs.
After Musk took control of Twitter, that same council claimed that ‘The safety and wellbeing of Twitter’s users are on the decline,” apparently because Musk was allowing conservatives back on the platform.
After which three council members announced their resignation to which Musk responded by saying Twitter’s past leadership did not do enough to stop child
sexual exploitation on the platform.
“It is a crime that they refused to take action on child exploitation for years!” Musk tweeted.
