Jasmine Crockett’s security guard, who was shot and k*lled by Dallas Swat – has been identified as 39-year-old convicted felon Diamon-Mazairre Robinson
Robinson has a lengthy criminal record including 7 arrests for theft in Dallas – as well as being the subject of a federal investigation for impersonating a law enforcement officer.
He was using the alias ‘Mike King’ along with other aliases while running a business that set up off duty gigs for police officers – while pretending to be a police officer himself.
Robinson had told some of those officers that he was a detective with the Capitol Police, which may have led to the federal investigation.
Robinson was killed Wednesday night during a standoff with SWAT, after he drove into a parking garage, barricaded himself inside a vehicle, then pulled a gun on officers.
Here are some details on Robinson’s criminal history:
Despite his criminal background, and the fact that he was a convicted felon, Robinson was able to secure a prominent position on Jasmine Crockett’s security detail while she served as a representative for Dallas, and during her recent Senate campaign.
He was also able to run a business called Off Duty Police Services – which placed North Texas law enforcement officers in off duty jobs
In addition, he drove a replica undercover police vehicle and used license plates stolen from cars outside of a military recruiting office – to appear as though he was a credible law enforcement officer.
