Several Republican candidates have dropped out of key political races (against entrenched Democrat power players) after members of their families have died under suspicious circumstances:
A mayoral candidate who criticized Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and Gov. Gavin Newsom for their handling of the Palisades wildfire, had a daughter who was found dead on a desert highway far from home.
A Minnesota gubernatorial candidate’s daughter was stabbed to death, her boyfriend wounded but alive.
A man who was running against Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, had his family die in a helicopter crash months ago.
And Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp stopped pushing for an audit of the 2020 election after his daughter’s boyfriend was k*lled when his car was involved in a fiery crash.

Los Angeles – Austin Beutner vs. Karen Bass
Austin Beutner launched his bid for Los Angeles mayor in October of last year to unseat incumbent Democrat Mayor Karen Bass in the June 2026 primary.
Beutner was critical about how Bass has failed Los Angeles – pointing to sky high crime & homelessness, and her failures with the Palisades fires – saying they were not natural.
He also criticized Governor Gavin Newsom for poor leadership.
His daughter, Emily Beutner, 22, who went to Loyola University, was found dead in a desert area over 60 miles away from her home and school.
She was discovered just after midnight on January 6 in a “state of medical distress” No car. No other people, No sign of how she got there.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is investigating it as a possible homicide
Beutner dropped out of the race on February 5
Minnesota – Jeff Johnson running for Governor
Jeff Johnson was challenging Democrat Gov. Tim Walz’s successor in the 2026 Minnesota election.
His daughter, Hallie Marie Tobler, 22, was found dead with multiple stab wounds in her St. Cloud apartment on February 7.
Her husband, Dylan Michael Tobler, 23, was found alive in the apartment with life-threatening stab wounds.
Authorities are looking at him as the prime suspect.
Johnson suspended his campaign the following day.
Johnson had criticized Walz’s policies on crime and public safety.
Illinois – Darren Bailey vs. Gov. JB Pritzker
Darren Bailey launched his Republican bid for Illinois Governor in September, challenging JB Pritzker in 2026, and running on an anti-corruption platform.
Bailey’s son Zachary (37), daughter-in-law Kelsey (35), and grandchildren Vada Rose (12) and Samuel (7) died in a helicopter crash on October 22, in a remote area of eastern Montana.
Meanwhile, Gov. Pritzkers’s cousin Thomas Pritzker, was accused of r*pe by Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre.
Giuffre, 41, died by ‘suicide’ in April of last year, right after Epstein files went public, detailing her allegations.
Emails show Thomas Pritzker had a close friendship with Epstein.
Critics link this to the Pritzker family influence, suggesting the crash could be retribution for Bailey’s anti-corruption platform.
There has not been any proof to corroborate the theory or any evidence linking Pritzker to the crash.
Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and 2020 Election Investigation
In late 2020 Gov. Brian Kemp (R) was about to conduct an audit of the Presidential election, until his daughter’s 20-year-old boyfriend was k*lled in a fiery crash on December 4th while he was on his way to a rally.
Deal’s vehicle was hit from behind by a flatbed truck, it caught on fire, k*lling Deal.
The driver of the truck Mario Clark, 44, was indicted for second-degree vehicular homicide in 2021.
He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor in 2024.
He was sentenced to a year – mostly probation.
Police called it a tragic accident, Kemp agreed and said at the time it was unrelated
Kemp certified Biden’s win. Critics say this was a turning point where the “deep state” allegedly silenced investigations.
