ICE agents in Minnesota took a 5-year-old little boy to McDonalds, and “played his favorite music to comfort him” after his illegal migrant father took off and abandoned him, according to DHS
It happened when ICE was targeting Adrian Conejo Arias – an illegal migrant from Equador. When agents approached Arias, he took off running, leaving the little boy – Liam Ramos – in the vehicle.
DHS says that one of the agents chased Arias, while the other stayed behind to make sure Ramos was safe. That’s when they took him to McDonalds then reunited him with his father at a facility.
DHS is now slamming the mainstream media for claiming that ICE detained the little boy, other outlets claimed they used the child as bait to get to the father.
One of the Democrat Representatives that lied about ICE ‘detaining a five-year-old boy’
Was Rep. Angie Craig who mad a heated video showing how ‘angry’ she was at the situation that didn’t actually happen five hours after DHS released their statement,

“I can’t even believe this is America. If you support this, you have lost all humanity.”
“ICE detained a five-year-old boy.”
DHS had already issued a statement – five hours before Rep. Craig’s video – detailing that the boy was abandoned by his father.
DHS statement:
“ICE did NOT target a child. The child was ABANDONED.
“On January 20, ICE conducted a targeted operation to arrest Adrian Alexander Conejo Arias, an illegal alien from Ecuador who was released into the U.S. by the Biden administration.”
“As agents approached the driver, Adrian Alexander Conejo Arias, fled on foot—abandoning his child. For the child’s safety, one of our ICE officers remained with the child while the other officers apprehended Conejo Arias.”
“Parents are asked if they want to be removed with their children, or ICE will place the children with a safe person the parent designates.”
“This is consistent with past administration’s immigration enforcement.”
“Parents can take control of their departure and receive a free flight and $2,600 with the CBP Home app. By using the CBP Home app illegal aliens reserve the chance to come back the right legal way.”
Even though the facts were released hours before Rep. Craig made her video, she decided to lie, protect an illegal migrant who abandoned his child, and use the situation for political gain claiming,
“Okay, so now ICE is using a five-year old boy. A 5 year old boy they took him and used to lure his father out, And now They’ve detained them both the family doesn’t know where they are this is the worst of the damn Worst”
