Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has revealed that – U.S. intelligence under the President Trump administration – has dismantled a baby trafficking operation tied to Mexico’s Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG).
According to Gabbard, The network lured pregnant women to isolated ‘safe’ houses, then forced C-sections and sold their newborns. The operation thrived under the Biden administration.
The investigation led to the arrest of a CJNG cartel-affiliated baby trafficker called La Diabla.”
Her whole money making operation centered around luring pregnant women, performing those C-sections, harvesting organs and selling newborn babies
“La Diabla” (whose real name is Martha Alicia Mendez Aguilar), was arrested in Juarez, Mexico, following information from American spies.
According to federal indictments and joint U.S.-Mexican briefings, her operation took advantage of migrants crossing into the U.S. by posing as aid providers.
Once isolated, victims were subject to violence and losing their babies to black-market sales, often to wealthy buyers in the U.S. and abroad, with some organs harvested for additional profit.
Conservatives have repeatedly warned that Biden-Harris’ “open borders” policies – which saw over 10 million illegal crossings since 2021, including surges in unaccompanied minors handed to unvetted sponsors – supercharged human smuggling networks.
Cartels like CJNG profited off the policies, turning families into commodities.
