A new video has surfaced appearing to show Alex Pretti, harassing and attacking ICE agents about a week before he was shot and k*lled.
The video appears to show the 37-year-old ICU nurse engaging in controversial behavior – spitting on ICE agents, screaming obscenities and kicking the tail light of their vehicle out, as they drove away
After the man kicked the light out, agents approached him, he resisted arrest, and got in a physical struggle with agents before they let him go.
Critics say the video proves that Pretti had unprovoked aggression issues, including causing damage to government property, physically fighting against and spitting on federal agents.
Pretti reportedly suffered a broken rib during the confrontation, which he later blamed on the agents.
