According to a Wall Street Estimate Americans will spend about $3,000 more at the pump this year because of the record setting gas prices that have been on the rise since Biden took office.
AAA published that the national average is $4.33 a gallon The summer before Biden took office people were paying $1.87 a gallon. The Biden Administration has been pointing to Russia as the reason for the spike in prices and also blaming oil companies for slowing production. Both claims, however, disputed by an oil expert out of Texas – Derek Zubeldia – who points directly to Biden for the pain at the pump
Zubeldia, who is running for a Texas State Senate seat, told me that oil exploration and drilling is expensive. Each oil well could cost as much as $35 to $40 million dollars and not every well will produce oil.
