The Rash of mass shootings that have happened in recent weeks have all occured in minority communities.
Five out of the Six people killed in a Sacramento gang related mass shooting that happened earlier this month were minorities, as are the suspects who have been arrested and are being charged in connection with the shooting.
A dozen more people were injured in that incident.
The same weekend a mass shooting took place in Dallas at a Rap concert. 26-year-old, Kealon Gilmore, a member of the minority community, was shot in the head and died, at least 10 others were injured.


Police are still searching for the gunmen responsible in that shooting.
Meanwhile, earlier this week a fight broke out at a birthday party that was being held at an event center in Indianapolis. That fight led to a shooting that resulted in the death one man, 24 year old Belansky Fanord,
and injured five others.
The birthday bash featured a number of different performers which were showcased on a flyer advertising the event. No arrests have been made in this shooting.

Most recently a mass shooting happened in Cedar Rapids, Iowa that claimed the lives of two People and injured 10 others. The shooting took place at downtown nightclub that was predominately frequented by the minority
community.
Nicole Owens and Michael Valentine – both African Americans – were killed.


One man Timothy Rush, a member of the minority community and in a relationship with Owens, has been
arrested and charged with murder.


Police are still searching for another suspect.
