Soros Illegally Funneled $40 Million To Mamdani’s Bid For Mayor, According To Investigation

George Soros illegally funneled $40 Million through 6 NGO’s to fund Zohran Mamdani’s bid for mayor, according to forensic investigation

The 40-page report, released by *IRS* whistleblower Sam Antar, details how a web of Soros-backed nonprofits illegally funneled the tax-deductible donations to propel Socialist Mamdani’s campaign through a sophisticated scheme.

Antar describes a systematic tax evasion designed to make it seem like Mamdani is supported by a grassroots movement.

Mamdani allegedly benefited from over 95,000 coordinated door knocks and tens of thousands of volunteer hours – all bankrolled by money that donors can write off on their taxes despite their use in boosting his candidacy.

Antar meticulously traced the money using public IRS filings and federal election records.

His analysis accuses the network of violating federal tax laws by routing charitable contributions through “pass-through” organizations, converting them into political ammunition without proper disclosure.

This, he argues, allowed wealthy liberal donors to subsidize Mamdani’s campaign while benefiting from tax breaks.

At the heart of the scheme, according to the report, are six Soros-connected advocacy groups that publicly endorsed Mamdani and mobilized armies of canvassers in his name.

These entities, banned under IRS rules from working with political campaigns if they are tax-exempt charities, allegedly broke the rules by channeling funds into targeted get-out-the-vote efforts for Mamdani. ***

Working Families Party – Received $10.2 million through multiple channels, endorsed Mamdani and funneled $4.3 million to affiliated PACs supporting his run, including $2 million directly to the party’s national PAC in late 2024.

Make the Road Action – Got $16.3 million, knocked on 6,000 doors in the primary and another 2,000 on Staten Island, all while denying any coordination on federal forms.

Bend the Arc Jewish Action – Secured over $13 million in looped grants, issued its first-ever mayoral endorsement for Mamdani and contributed to a web of $11.5 million in back-and-forth transfers between its charitable and advocacy arms.

NY Communities for Change – Took in $474,500, deployed 7,500 door knocks and 30,000 phone calls to boost turnout for the socialist candidate.

Jewish Voice for Peace Action -Received $176,000, led with 80,000 doors, focusing on progressive strongholds aligned with Mamdani’s pro-Palestine stance.

MoveOn.org Civic Action – Absorbed $204,000,

mobilized 8,154 members for 13,713 volunteer shifts and 379,454 personalized letters urging support for Mamdani.

According to the investigation the funds flowed through nine traceable “channels” totaling $40.9 million in 2023 alone, originating from Soros’ Open Society Foundations and hubs like the Tides Foundation – a notorious left-wing grantmaker.

Examples of the alleged laundering include $4.6 million shifted from a Soros charitable arm to Tides, then straight to Working Families for political spending, and “penny-perfect” circular transactions like a $45,697.14 exchange between Make the Road and a party PAC on the same day in June, which Antar cites as proof of hidden coordination.

Mamdani’s campaign has long touted its “organic” energy, crediting small-dollar donations from young activists and a volunteer army that hit 1.6 million doors citywide.

But Antar says it’s all a ‘deception’ arguing the Soros syndicate provided the real muscle while staying off campaign finance reports, depriving voters of transparency about who truly powered Mamdani.

The report is pushing the IRS to investigate crimes like false tax filings and improper deductions, noting Antar has already filed a formal whistleblower complaint.
