\William Kelly – the man who dared Attorney General Pam Bondi to ‘come and get him’ while calling her a derogatory name, is now in federal custody.
DHS saying,
“Our nation was settled and founded by people fleeing religious persecution. Religious freedom is the bedrock of this country.”
“We will protect our pastors. We will protect our churches. We will protect Americans of faith.”
Kelly, who terrorized members of the church by screaming and yelling, and threatening some of the church members, is being charged with
conspiracy to deprive rights – which is a federal crime
The announcement comes after the arrests of Nekima Levy Armstrong and Chauntyl Allen who are facing federal charges that include violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, which prohibits using force, threats, or physical obstruction to interfere with religious activities, as well as conspiracy to deprive rights under federal statutes.
