Three men who are accused of raping a 14 year old girl and video taping it because according to police, they said it was funny have been sentenced to probation 26-year-old Richard Djassera, 29-year-old Leclair Dodjim, and 24-year-old Nasouh Albasis were each charged with two counts of felony first-degree aggravated sexual assault..
The men were charged in 2017 after the victim allegedly snuck out during a sleepover to meet up with the men. She told police they went to a party and the “last thing she remembered was leaving the party and being in the back seat of the car and one of the males was kissing her and she told him to stop.”
According to court records, the victim was unconscious throughout most of the incident.
The three men were given a plea deal and sentenced to 48 months of probation. All three were ordered to be released from jail however it appears as though two of the men are illegal migrants as they are now in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
