A shocking video has emerged showing a child – wearing a diaper- hitting a Minnesota police officer numerous times while cursing at him and his partner.
The two officers arrived at a residence in St. Paul to serve an arrest warrant for a murder suspect. That’s when they encountered the toddler, who was joined by at least one other child wearing a diaper and a pair of older children who appeared to be around 10-14 years of age.
In the clip, you can see the child hit both of the officers numerous times calling one officer a b***h and yelling ‘Shut the F up,’ and ‘Shut up b***h!’
At one point you could hear one of the officers say ‘wow’ in disbelief.
The child then hits the other officer -who was wearing a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) vest – and yelled ‘why you got those ugly a** church shoes?’
The older children in the background are egging the child on laughing and saying,
‘Fried Oreo head a** n***r’
The toddler hit the officers several more times and continues to yell profanities at the officers in the 30 second clip.
The officers calmly walked away from the children as the video ends.
According to Alpha News. the video goes on for two minutes saying the kids
punched, kicked, cursed, and threw rocks at [the officers]
The behavior of these children is eerily similar to the behaviors of rioters who burned and looted Minneapolis two years ago.
Children who can’t read or cross the street unattended hurled profanities and unabashed disrespect at law enforcement officers.
Alpha News’ Sheila Qualls wrote,
“It is unsettling to law enforcement officers who encounter this behavior daily. It should be frightening to all of us.”
Violent crime has surged in Minnesota, spiking nearly 17% in the last year. According to the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension report, aggravated assaults are up more than 21% and arsons spiked by almost 54%
Many blame the ‘soft on crime’ approach of Gov. Tim Walz and the lack of response lawmakers had to the riots of 2020 saying that the disrespect for authority is leading to increased crime.
Those riots resulted in $2 billion in damages and resulted in the deaths of 23 people.
