#new Virginia public schools are allowing migrant men to enroll in their high schools up to the age of 22 – tuition free – right after an illegal migrant s*xually assaulted nearly a dozen high school students in Fairfax county
The policy states
“School boards may accept and provide programs for students for whom English is a second language who entered school in Virginia for the first time after reaching their twelfth birthday, and who have not reached 22 years of age”
“No tuition shall be charged to such students, if state funding is provided for such programs.”
Critics are warning that the move is putting younger American students in danger.
The number of migrants in Virginia schools hit about 146,000 last year (12% of K-12 enrollment), this is up 24% since 2021-22.
State funding has also increased, a proposal for an additional $110 million more in taxpayer dollars to pay for the adult illegal migrants was introduced
Recently, in Fairfax County, parents were furious after a 19-year-old illegal migrant from El Salvador allegedly groped high school girls between their legs from front to back.
He is facing nine counts of assa*lt and battery.
There are multiple other instances of male illegal migrants attacking high school girls***
Walter Javier Martinez (MS-13 gang member, El Salvador): Illegal migrant who came into the country as an unaccompanied minor.
️In July 2022, he r*ped, strangled, and m*rdered 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton in Aberdeen, Maryland. Police identified him as the main suspect immediately.
He was subsequently put in foster care and allowed to enroll in Edgewood High School in October 2022.
He attended classes for months while the m*rder investigation was active.
The school was never informed by CPS.
He later enrolled in additional Maryland public high schools. Martinez was convicted and sentenced to 70 years in prison.
Israel Flores Ortiz (El Salvador): Illegal migrant who came into the country in 2024, and was released.
At 19 years old he enrolled as a junior (11th grade) at Fairfax High School in Fairfax County, Virginia.
He was charged with nine counts of assault and battery after allegedly groping the private areas of about 12 female girls, some as young as 13, repeatedly in school hallways over several months.
Parents and victims described it as ongoing s*xual assaults
Darwin Martinez-Torres (El Salvador) In June 2017, 22-year-oldTorres r*ped and m*rdered a 17-year-old sophomore at South Lakes High School in Reston, Virginia.
He beat her with a baseball bat after a road-rage encounter as she walked with friends near a mosque during Ramadan, then r*ped her while she was unconscious and dumped her body in a pond.
He pleaded guilty to r*pe and capital m*rder and received multiple life sentences without parole.
️Henry Sanchez-Milian (Guatemala) and
Jose Montano (El Salvador):In March 2017, both recent enrollees at Rockville High School in Maryland were initially charged with first-degree r*pe and s*xual offenses against a 14-year-old female classmate.
Police alleged they forced her into a boys’ bathroom stall during school hours and assaulted her.
Prosecutors later dropped the r*pe charges due to “lack of corroboration”.
Jhoan Esau Lemus-Ramos (Honduras) In 2022, shortly illegally crossing the border he r*ped a 13-year-old girl in Herndon, Virginia.
He later threatened her with nude photos to force additional s*xual acts.
He was sentenced to five years in federal prison.
Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi (Ecuador) In June 2024, the 25-year-old walked up to two 13-year-old girls in Kissena Park, Queens, New York.
He allegedly threatened them with a machete-style knife, forced them into a wooded area, tied them up, gagged them, and r*ped one while s*xually assaulting both.
He stole their phones and fled.
He waa charged with predatory sexual assault, first-degree r*pe, criminal s*xual act, kidnapping, robbery, and related felonies.
He faces up to 25 years to life.
Erik Santillan (Mexico) In June 2022 in Ooltewah, Tennessee, he was accused of aggravated r*pe of a 15-year-old girl. He was arrested in late 2023 after being located in South Carolina.

They k*lled Jocelyn Nungaray, a 12-year-old girl in sixth grade. Her body was found in the morning in a shallow creek/bayou under a bridge near West Rankin Road.
The illegals r*ped her for two hours, before k*lling her and dumping her body in the creek.
The Harris County medical examiner ruled the death a homicide by strangulation, with forensic evidence confirming sexual assault (r*pe) prior to the k*lling.
She was tied up and left in the water
Both were apprehended near El Paso earlier in 2024, released into the U.S. by the Biden administration with notices to appear in immigration court, and charged just weeks later.
One had been in the country for less than three weeks before the m*rder.
Both face capital m*rder, kidnapping, and aggravated sexual assault charges. Prosecutors sought the death penalty where eligible.
Rafael Govea Romero, a 23-year-old illegal migrant from Mexico.
He was on probation for a prior felony burglary conviction at the time of the m*rder and had an ICE detainer lodged against him after arrest.
He k*lled Lizbeth Iniguez Medina, a 16-year-old girl and cheerleader at Edna High School in Texas.
Romero stabbed Lizbeth about 25 times in the bathtub of her family’s apartment.
Her mother, Jacqueline Medina, discovered the body after Lizbeth failed to show up for a school Christmas parade performance.
Romero was indicted on capital m*rder, aggravated robbery, and burglary charges.
In September 2025, he pleaded guilty to m*rder, aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, and burglary of a habitation.
He received two concurrent life sentences plus 20 years, making him eligible for parole after 30 years.
The plea deal spared him the death penalty, drawing sharp criticism from Lizbeth’s mother.
