According to IRS form 990 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, (most recent) total revenue for CHIRLA was about $47 million
Of that CHIRLA received $33,912,000 in government grants during FY 2023 – meaning taxpayer dollars are funding this group that supports illegal migrants – by giving them legal services, healthcare, and education among other things.
