< p class=”p1″>An Illegal migrant truck driver from India – who allowed into the country by the Biden
administration & given a DCL by Newsom’s DMV has killed a young newlywed couple32-year-old Rajinder Kumar was driving a Freightliner semi-truck in Oregon when the
vehicle jackknifed and came to a stop blocking both lanes of traffic – in the pitch-black of
night.
Moments later 25-year-old William Micah Carter slammed into the trailer at highway
speeds.
Carter’s passenger and new bride, 24-year-old Jennifer Lynn Lower was killed instantly
alongside her husband.
Kumar was unhurt but Oregon State Police quickly launched an investigation.
They said he didn’t have any emergency warning equipment, like flares or reflective
triangles- which are a critical factor in the crash.
Kumar was arrested and booked on two counts of criminally negligent homicide and one
count of reckless endangerment.
ICE lodged an immigration detainer hold to make sure he is deported when the criminal
charges are resolved.
According to DHS, the California-based driver crossed the U.S.-Mexico border illegally
during the Biden administration.
Even so, he was released into the country and granted a work permit in 2023.
He was then issued a commercial driver’s license (CDL) by California’s Department of
Motor Vehicles.
Kumar is the latest in a growing list of illegal migrants from India – causing the deaths of
people driving on American highways – because of their inability to speak English, read
signs, or follow protocol.
