Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is slamming Disney for woke policies, hypocrisy and for creating false narratives about his Parental Rights and Education Bill
DeSantis signed the bill which prohibits the injection of woke gender ideology into Kindergarten through 3rd grade classrooms, however Disney along with democrats and liberals across the country claim that the bill doesn’t allow people to say the word gay, which he says, is explicitly false.
There is no wording in the bill that tells people not to say the word gay. He asserted that he will continue to fight for the rights of parents, and expose the hypocrisy of Disney.
“For them to come out and put a statement out and say that the bill should have never passed and that they are going to actively work to repeal it, I think one was not only fundamentally dishonest but I think that crossed the line. This state is governed by the interest of the people of the State of Florida. It is not based on the demands of California Executives. They do not run this state, they do not control this state.”
Many are now calling for the Boycott of Disney and asking for people to Cancel their Disney + subscriptions as to send a message to the children’s’ company giant that their woke activism has no place in children’s classrooms, movies or theme parks.
