Joe Biden To Announce $750 million In Additional Aid To Ukraine.
According to a report released by Reuters The Biden administration will be providing another $750 million in military assistance for Ukraine.
The report states that the military equipment will be paid for using Presidential Drawdown Authority (PDA) which is where the president can authorize the funds without congressional approval in the case of an emergency.
A senior congressional aide said the equipment will possibly include heavy ground artillery systems to Ukraine, including howitzers.
The Biden Administration has provided more than $1.7 billion i to Ukraine since the end of February.
The announcement is expected to be made within the next 24 to 48 hours.
And as Biden is set to announce that nearly $1 Billion in additional aid is being sent to Ukraine, U.S. inflation Spiked to 8.5% setting another year high – this being the highest rate the country has seen since 1981
The number is up from the record setting 7.9% the country faced in February, meaning the price for everything from food to housing and gas is jumping to levels that are unaffordable to many Americans.
Gas prices have reached record setting levels costing up to $7 a gallon in some cities and are 20% higher than they were in February.
Also the cost of food is impacting the country as many cities are seeing foodbank lines exceeding those experienced during the nationwide shutdowns.
Inflation started to steadily increase months after Biden took office and most blame Biden’s policies for the near economic collapse of the country.
Biden immediately launched a war on American energy, signed off on trillion dollar bills filled with congressional pork and has open border policies which put an enormous strain on the American taxpayer.
In fact, according to a 2021 report by the Texas Attorney General – Illegal migrants cost taxpayers more than $850 million a year in Texas alone. That number expected to be much higher as hundreds of thousands of illegals continue to cross the border each month.
Many experts and politicians alike are calling on Biden to stop signing off on massive liberal spending bills, stop sending billions of dollars to Ukraine, stop the war on energy and reverse his open border policies. Only then, they say, will the country be able to recover from the downward spiral it’s taken since Biden took office.
