Hillary Clinton is asking a judge to toss the lawsuit filed against her By President Donald Trump Over the Russian Collusion ‘Hoax’
Trump filed the lawsuit after the The Federal Election Commission fined both the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign more than a million dollars for lying about funding the fake Russia Dossier.
The FEC said her campaign violated the rules because they failed to disclose payments funneled to Fusion GPS through DNC law firm Perkins Coie. The letter was sent out last month. In addition they claimed that it was for legal services and not opposition research.
Clinton Campaign Lawyer, Michael Sussmann is being charged with lying to both the CIA and the FBI about not working with the Clinton campaign when providing the agencies with false information about Trump’s alleged ties to Russia’s Alfa Bank – which have since been proven to be false.
Trump is suing for three times the amount of his losses of more than $24 million.
