On Friday, Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., shared a video message with RSBN saying that the effort being made to boot Marjorie Taylor Greene from the ballot, is just another way to steal the republic from the voters adding that the Judge in the hearing has proven to be biased,
“In my legal career it’s been very rare that I’ve ever seen a circumstance where a judge so frequently and demonstrably turns down the arguments of one side and accepts the arguments of another. Almost every objection that Congresswoman Greene’s legal team [has] presented has been sustained,” he continued. “And time and again [we’ve] seen the petitioner very disorganized, unable to really put a thought together,”
Gaetz went on to say,
“If this is all about Congresswoman Greene’s, you know, tweets from a year or more ago, it won’t be successful, and it shouldn’t be successful. Because what we’re observing is a coordinated effort to steal the republic from the voters. In America, it’s the voters who get to select the lawmakers [and] the representatives, not state court judges, not un-elected bureaucrats not even elected bureaucrats.”
