BREAKING: A federal judge in Louisiana has blocked the Biden Administration from ending Title 42, less than a month it was set to end.
Many experts believed that the move would lead to an unmanageable situation where more than 500,000 illegal migrants would cross the border each month.
In addition, officials were expecting a “mass migration” event when the Trump era order expired, of at least 170,000 illegal migrants crossing the border at once.
