Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security has issued new guidance on allowing ‘Family Units’ – that illegally cross the southern border – to be exempt from Title 42 expulsion with out saying a word, this according to a source in Border Patrol. The new guidance went into effect on Sunday night.
According to the memo released, the ‘family unit’ can say that they have a fear of going back to their country or give non-verbal clues such as an ‘unusual level of silence.’
Former Border Agent Gil Maza said that DHS is no longer DNA testing family units and many fraudulent ‘family units’ are illegally crossing the border as parents often sell their kids to the Human Smugglers as payment for transport across the border.
In one case an illegal migrant was charged with raping his infant child, resulting in the young girl contracting Chlamydia.
This new guidance comes after a Federal Judge ruled that the Biden Administration cannot rescind Title 42 – which was set to expire Monday.
The The 47-page order from Judge Robert Summerhays of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana asserts that the additional costs American Taxpayers would have to shoulder for education and healthcare for the expected massive surge of illegal migrants was too great a burden on states.
According to CBP 234,088 illegal migrants crossed the border in the month of April alone, with more than 1.3 Million illegal migrants crossing in the last six months. Nearly half of those illegal migrants were allowed entry into the united states.
