Henry Yin, the man Khanna once publicly named as a senior advisor, is C.C. Yin’s brother.
According to declassified FBI files:
🔷️Christine Fang, known as Fang Fang, came into the country in 2011 as a student at Cal State.
🔷️U.S. intelligence officials and FBI memos say she is a suspected Chinese operative.
🔷️One declassified memo identified her parents as known MSS intelligence officers.
🔷️Through APAPA She got close to rising Democrats, raised money, placed interns, and, in Swalwell’s case, slept with a future member of the House Intelligence Committee.
🔷️She left the country for China in 2015 after the FBI briefed Swalwell.
🔷️APAPA was founded by Chei Chen “C.C.” Yin, 89, a Chinese migrant who has a chain of McDonald’s franchises in Northern California.
🔷️Fang served as president of an APAPA campus chapter.
🔷️In 2015 and 2016, Swalwell identified Fang as his “point of contact” for APAPA.
State and Federal Election Commission records show the Yin family gave more than $4.4 million to Democrats. ($3 million state plus $1.45 million federal)
