As of July 1, the state of Illinois will provide illegal migrants between the ages of 42 to 54 free healthcare. As of right now Democrat Governor JB Pritzker provides illegal migrants between the ages of 55 and 64 free healthcare paid for by American Taxpayers.
According to the CBO, the number of American citizens who do not have health insurance, as of 2020 is around 31 million. That number expected to be significantly higher as American citizens, who are suffering from record setting inflation caused by Joe Biden’s policies, including open borders and his war on Energy, cannot afford healthcare.
Many of the least expensive health insurance plans charging upwards of $500 a month per person, with $3,000-$4,000 deductibles before the American taxpayer then has to pay 20% of all costs after their deductibles have been met.
A price structure put in place when Barack Obama created ‘Obamacare’ which forced those with health insurance to pay an extraordinary amount in order to pay the health bills of those individuals that did not have healthcare.
The program in Illinois was approved by state legislatures back in 2021.
Illegal migrants who qualify do not have to pay for dental, vision, prescription drugs, mental health services, physical therapy, doctor’s visits, hospital visits or any lab tests.
The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services Director Theresa Eagleson saying,
“Implementing more equitable health care coverage across the state is central to HFS’ mission, which means increasing access to quality health care choices for all Illinois residents, regardless of their immigration status.”
Democrats in the state are already planning to expand the program providing taxpayer funded healthcare to include all illegal immigrants in the state.
Rep. Delia Ramirez, D-Chicago said,
“The Health Benefits for Immigrant Adults program providing coverage to noncitizen adults aged 55 and over is a significant step toward a more equitable health care system in Illinois. I look forward to working with the administration as we build on this successful program until all immigrant adults qualify for these benefits.”
