#New The Deth Penalty is on the table for Tyler Robinson who will stand trial for the assssination of Charlie Kirk. Robinson pleaded not guilty
#Utah Judge Tony Graf bound the 23-year-old over on all seven counts after finding prosecutors met probable cause to move forward.
Included in those charges: Capital Felony Aggravated Mrder
If convicted, Robinson can face deth by firing squad under Utah law.
Kirk was mrdered on Sept. 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University while he was speaking to thousands of people, when a single rifle round hit him in the neck, klling him.
Prosecutors say Robinson crawled into a rooftop shot Kirk then ran. Evidence:

🔺️DNA on the recovered rifle

🔺️A handwritten note and texts to his roommate and lover Lance Twiggs, and an alleged confession.
🔺️One letter prosecutors read in court said, “I went on a mission to take out Charlie Kirk.”
🔺️Twiggs told investigators Robinson admitted it and later said he wished he had not done it.
Kirk’s widow Erika, his parents, and Turning Point staff sat in the back of the courtroom.
Robinson’s family sat in front.
Supporters say,
“Charlie devoted his life to building a community of over a million young people rooted in faith and freedom,”
“Firing a bullet into a crowd and assssinating him. That is hate.
