The Daytona Beach Police Department have arrested an illegal migrant for the brutal murders of a married couple who were riding their bikes home from a festival
According to police, 32-year-old Jean Robert Macean slashed and stabbed 55-year-old Brenda Aultman and 48-year-old Terry Aultman to death then left their bodies in a grassy area next to the sidewalk.
Daytona Beach Police Chief Jakari Young said “This was one of the most brutal murders I’ve ever seen in my 20-plus years as a police officer in Daytona Beach,”
Macean was arrested in Orlando and faces two counts of first degree murder. The suspect was booked into county jail with an “illegal immigrant/alien.” charge
Investigators are still trying to figure out the motive for the murders.
