Judge Places Lien On All Robert Francis O’Rourke’s Money And Property

A Judge has placed a lien on all Robert Francis O’Rourke’s money and property, and bans him from raising any additional money to give to the rogue democrats who skipped town.

Tarrant County District Judge Megan Fahey issued the temporary restraining order (TRO) placing restrictions on the failed gubernatorial candidate and his nonprofit, Powered by People.

The order comes after Attorney General Ken Paxton, filed a lawsuit against O’Rourke and George Soros for funding the democrats who left the state to block a vote on redistricting.

The vote was also being held to lower taxes and give aid to the victims of the recent flooding in Kerrville.

The restraining order prevents O’Rourke from removing any assets from Texas and bans him from raising or distributing money to support those democrats.

The restraining order comes because of Paxton’s investigation into what he calls “Beto Bribes” – Paxton saying that O’Rourke’s fundraising violated Texas laws against bribery, deceptive trade practices, and improper use of political funds.

The court agreed, finding probable violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), which prohibits false or misleading acts in commerce – which applies to political fundraising.

A hearing on whether to extend the restrictions into a temporary injunction is set for August 19.
