The Democrat State Attorney of Chicago, Kim Foxx, allegedly became physically violent during and argument with her husband, Kelley Foxx.
According to the police report,
“Kimberly got mad about something that was posted on Facebook that he did,” so she stopped him from leaving a bathroom, grabbed him by his collar and slapped him across the face.

Kelley Foxx called 911 and police were dispatched to the home at about 10:00 p.m. on June 4 for a domestic dispute.
A police officer from the Flossmoor Police Department in Illinois wrote in the police report that he was told the dispute was physical.
When he arrived he activated his body cam. the officer said that Kelley “explained that Kimberly blocked him from leaving a bathroom, ” adding that “He tried to turn on the TV and Kimberly snatched the controller out of his hand and threw the controller.”
The officer said that Kim was close enough to hear Kelley speaking to him and he heard her say “all that is true.”
Kelley, according to the report, then said he wanted to be left alone,
“She can’t come in my personal space and put her hands on me.” adding “I asked him to explain what is happening here meant and he said she is being physically aggressive. He added that he just wanted it to stop.”
Kim admitted to putting her hands on Kelley but claimed it was to guide him out of the house.
A 2021 investigation found that Kim Foxx lied about the Jussie Smollett case and violated legal ethics.
