Mamdani’s Newly Appointed Tenant Advocate, Cea Weaver , Thinks Home Ownership and private property are nothing more than Wh*te Suprem*cy
Back in August 2019 post, she wrote:
“Private property including and kind of ESPECIALLY homeownership is a weapon of white supremacy masquerading as ‘wealth building’ public policy”.
In a separate 2018 post, she wrote: “Seize private property!”.
In a resurfaced video clip from March 2021 talked about transitioning from treating property as an individual good to a collective one, suggesting that “families, especially white families” would have a “different relationship to property”.
