“Self-Defense” Federal Agent Shoots & Kills Woman Who Was Allegedly Trying To Run Him Over

They’re saying it was self defense, as the ICE agent was standing directly in front of the vehicle in Minneapolis when the woman behind the wheel sped forward and allegedly tried to run him over.

It happened when the 37-year-old woman appeared to be trying to block the road to stop ICE from conducting their operations. Video shows that ICE agents walked up to her SUV and told her to get out of the SUV – she refused, and instead, backed her vehicle up, then sped toward the agent.

That agent then fired as the SUV appeared to contact him, bouncing him around the vehicle on the driver’s side.

DHS said the woman weaponized her vehicle, the federal agent acted in self defense and the shot clearly came from in front of the SUV – pointing out the bullet hole in the front windshield – as evidence.

Elon Musk saying, “If an officer of law says stop, you stop. Attempting to murder them with a car obviously requires self-defense.”

It went down in a neighborhood near the site of the 2020 George Floyd riots. ICE is in the area after investigations revealed that 50% of the Somali migrants in Minneapolis committed immigration fraud.

In fact, about 2,000 agents—including 1,500 enforcement and removal officers and 600 from Homeland Security Investigations—flooded Minneapolis and St. Paul to target massive fraud by those Somali migrants who have stolen upwards of $9 billion from American Taxpayers through Medicaid, welfare, housing, autism, covid programs and childcare center schemes.

DHS officials described the woman’s actions as a deliberate “vehicle ramming” attack, labeling it an act of domestic terrorism that forced the agent to fire in self-defense to protect himself and his colleagues.

ICE agents were pulled out and local police were moved in. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey unleashed a tirade against ICE right after the incident.
Tim Walz added more immediate condemnation of the agents saying

DHS pointing out that the riots, attacks, and violence are the “direct consequence of constant attacks and demonization of our officers by sanctuary politicians who fuel and encourage rampant assaults on our law enforcement who are facing 1,300% increase in assaults against them and an 8,000% increase in death threats. ”
Since mid-2025 there have been at least 99 vehicular attacks against federal agents including 71 specifically against CBP and targeting ICE during enforcement operations.
There were 238 assaults on agents in 2025, compared to 19 in 2024.
The explosion in violence—includes physical assaults, threats, and weaponized assaults.
Mexican cartels are working with US citizens offering $10,000 to $50,000 for harming or killing officers.
