Trump Accuses FBI Of Blocking Attorneys, Witnesses & Staff From Observing Raid; Planting Evidence

President Donald Trump is accusing the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of conducting a secret raid at his Mar-A-Lago home by preventing any witnesses, staff, or attorneys watch them as they rummaged through his residence on Monday.

Trump, in a post on his Truth Social account,  also said that he hoped the FBI did not “plant” any evidence,

One of Trump’s attorneys said that agents forced her and another attorney to wait outside and were not allowed to enter the residence during the raid – which lasted about 8 hours.

Trump has called the raid  “prosecutorial misconduct” saying in a statement,

“These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents. Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before.”
