The footage shows the team walking into multiple Minneapolis polling locations.
Workers confirmed that one registered voter serves as the ID for eight additional people of their choice.
One worker told the group that unregistered voters could be vouched for, saying it was perfectly fine.

Another explained that if the group claimed they were in the same precinct and the voucher was already registered, that person could vouch for them as ID for eight people.
At one site the worker said “the registered voter is the ID.”
The team said they deliberately tested the limits of Minnesota’s system and poll workers accepted the scenario with little pushback.

The undercover investigation highlighted the fraud, non-citizen voting, and no proof of residence needed to register or vote – they just need one person to vouch for them and seven of their friends.
Minnesota law allows one person to vouch for 8 people for Election Day registration or updates.
A registered voter from the same precinct can sign an oath affirming personal knowledge that the person lives in the precinct – but they don’t have to prove it.
