#News Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed said he wants America to see Bill Maher get beat up on his own show, by a Mslim man who prays like he does, because Maher voiced concern over Islam.
#Michigan Critics say this is just another example of how El-Sayed threatens violence on people who criticize his political religious system – which they say – lines up with Islamic extremists who engage in Jihad and have been committing the genocide of Christians in Africa.
#Muslim The remark is the latest in a year of violent language from El-Sayed, who’s running to become the first Mslim elected to the U.S. Senate. Conservatives already say that he talks about violence more easily than he condemns it and now he’s threatening a national host.
El-Sayed was answering a question about whether he would sit with Maher after his comments on Islam.
#Islam “You know how many things, terrible things Bill Maher has said about people like me? Terrible, awful things. Of course, he’s still got a show on Comedy Central, and everybody seems to be perfectly okay going on that show despite the fact that he said deeply terrible things.”
“But you know who else would go on that show? I go on the show. You know why? I wanna give people the image of watching him get his a** whooped on his own show by a guy who prays like I do. And I’d also go on a show because I want to convince the people who watch his show.”
El-Sayed said Maher’s show was on Comedy Central either as a bullish insult, or because he’s ignorant to the fact that Maher is aired on HBO / Max.
Critics say El-Sayed is proving Maher’s point, that in the political religious system of Islam, a person is not allowed to criticize anything about Islam or Allah or Mohamed without accusations of Islamophobia, if Mslims have the minority; or consequences, possibly violent, if they have the majority.
🟢On the Oct. 3, 2014, episode of Real Time with Bill Maher, he said Islam is
“The only religion that acts like the mafia” and will kll you “if you say the wrong thing, draw the wrong picture or write the wrong book.”
🟢He cited Pew polling showing large majorities in countries such as Egypt backing deth for apostasy.
🟢He has said the Mslim world has “too much in common with ISIS,” that “all religions are not alike,” and that vast numbers of Mslims condone violence over ideas, cartoons, and leaving the faith.
🟢The comments are why CAIR and other Mslim groups have labeled him Islamophobic.
🟢In March 2026, CAIR Michigan and CAIR national demanded Sen. Elissa Slotkin apologize for appearing on Real Time.
🟢But now El-Sayed, who’s running in the same state, said he would be “happy” to go on the show – to “whoop his a*”
🟢Other times El-Sayed used rhetoric that invokes violence, pain, or physical domination: ➡️August 2025 rally, Michigan:
“When they go low, we don’t go high. We take them to the mud and choke them out.”
➡️July 2026 donor Zoom: While talking about Sen. Fetterman “Ideally you put one ogre on a pike, and then everyone else gets the message.”
➡️He later confirmed on debate night the “ogre” was Fetterman, not Haley Stevens, and he did not take it back.
Republicans called it beheading talk. It was a medieval execution image used as a political warning.
Fetterman answered by tagging him “Pontiac Platner” and “the emerging pro-Hamas wing” of the Democratic Party.
➡️July 2025 campaign event: He excused heinous acts committed by trrorists saying they feel “pain and frustration and a level of lack of agency,” is the reason they commit trrorist attacks and that U.S. conduct is “creating pain.”
➡️March 13, 2026, after the Temple Israel attack in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan:
Ayman Mohamad Ghazali, a migrant from Lebanon, rammed a truck loaded with fireworks, gasoline, and a rifle into the synagogue campus while more than 100 children were in preschool.
El Sayed said, “hurt people hurt people,” added that Ghazali had lost family in an Israeli airstrike in Lebanon the week before; his family was tied to Hamas.

He wrote that the next day he would mourn “~1M lives” and devastation “in 3 countries, perpetrated ignorantly in the name of my country.” The tweet is why Republicans still say he equates jihadist mass mrder with U.S. wars on trror.
➡️Aug. 12, 2026, after Mike Rogers said El-Sayed had spent hours “hating on” fireworks, football, and the Fourth of July: El-Sayed replied: “How about you ‘hold me accountable’ on a football field…. Tackle, no pads like we used to play when we were kids. I’d be happy to show you how much I love football.”
🟢El-Sayed has been described as a jihadist, a Hamas sympathizer, a M*slim Brotherhood supporter, a “hater of Jews,” and an anti-Western outsider who refuses to condemn Hasan Piker for saying America deserved 9/11.
🟢Critics say that El-Sayed is a violent man who’s failing to hide it, and his violent rhetoric is exposing his true inability to control his emotions or violent thoughts.
