The Lyft driver who was arrested in Louisville after allegedly s*xually assaulting a passenger, has been identified as an illegal migrant.
According to police, Yordan Diaz Veras picked up a woman at her home, then forced her at to perform sex acts at gunpoint.
According to the arrest affidavit, it happened when the victim got into the backseat of his vehicle, he pulled a gun from the glove compartment and locked the doors. He then got in the backseat and sodomized her.
Police said Diaz dropped the victim off at her doctor’s office, which was her intended destination.
She then called police and gave a description, and Diaz was arrested the next day in a Kroger parking lot.
