The owner of a daycare in Florida and one of her employees are facing charges after police say the pair abused children in their custody.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office say Rong Liu, the daycare’s co-owner, and Tara Ballou, an employee of Children’s Land of Imagination Academy were caught on surveillance video abusing the children.
The video was posted to its Facebook page and shows Ballou “forcefully pushing and pulling” a child’s arms, legs, head and neck with her hands.
Detectives say that about a half an hour later, Liu did the same thing to another child.

Some of the children that were allegedly abused were non-verbal and autistic,
“They would put their legs over them to hold them down so that they couldn’t stand up during nap,” one parent told local media, “The detectives told me in one instance he was also pushed backwards into a classroom with somebody’s hands over his face.”
Sheriff Chad Chronister praised the investigators for their work,
“The arrest of a second person in this case shows the dedication our investigators have in seeking out those who harm the innocent and vulnerable. The video is hard to watch, but gives us a clear view of the mistreatment happening under their watch.”
