A U.S. Marine Corps major – assigned as a DARPA fellow – concluded in an August 13, 2021, memo to the Department of Defense Inspector General that: ➡️SARS-CoV-2 matched a bat vccine developed under an EcoHealth Alliance program at the Wuhan Institute of Virology,
➡️Early treatments including ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine worked against it, (knew since 2020) and ➡️The gene-encoded mRNA shots “performed poorly” because they “replicated the same engineered spike protein. ” President Trump (in 2020) talked about ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine saying they could be treatments for Cvid but both Anthony Fauci and his mainstream media colleagues shut down the treatments and attacked Trump, as well as doctors, for spreading ‘misinformation’
The Biden Administration then censored all information about the successful treatments on social media platforms – pushing platforms to terminate accounts that did not fall in line with their narrative.
The memo, written by Maj. Joseph P. Murphy, analyzed the 2018 EcoHealth Alliance DEFUSE proposal that DARPA rejected over gain-of-function concerns.
➡️Murphy argued the virus that emerged was an “American-created recombinant bat vccine,” created through EcoHealth work at the Wuhan lab, with details of the program concealed after the outbreak started in Wuhan, China.
➡️He wrote that the virus was a deliberately virulent, humanized infection (SARSr-CoV) intended to be reverse-engineered into a live bat v*ccine. -meaning they created a virus so they could create the vaccine for it.
➡️Murphy said that because of the virus’s known nature, the illness was easily treated by simply stopping the viral replication that was spreading the spike proteins around the body. ➡️He said many early treatment protocols – ignored by authorities – worked by inhibiting the spike proteins, which align with what EcoHealth was creating.
🔷️The memo specifically identifies that ivermectin, was flagged as curative in April 2020, as “working throughout all phases of illness” because it both stops ‘viral replication and modulates the immune response.”
🔷️It also identified hydroxychloroquine as curative in April 2020 🔷️On the shots, Murphy wrote that the mRNA v*ccines work poorly because they are “synthetic replications of the already-synthetic SARSr-CoV-WIV spike proteins” and possess no other epitopes.
Murphy sent the analysis to the DoD Inspector General on August 13, 2021, and members of Congress reached out directly to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin about the findings – yet nothing was made public.
