Federal law makes it illegal to get the emergency authorization and Fauci knew that, so he used the media to discredit the drugs, and push the vccine through, according to Kennedy – who said quote “So, if Tony Fauci or anybody had admitted that hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin are effective against CVID, it would have been illegal for them to give the emergency use authorization to the v*ccines, and they could have never gotten them approved. And a $200 billion enterprise would have collapsed.”
Kennedy says Fauci intentionally discredited the cheap, already approved drugs, k*lling millions, for his own personal financial gain.
The statute in question is Section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
It requires the FDA to find there is “no adequate, approved, and available alternative” before issuing an EUA.
