#new Calls are coming in to have Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney Kevin Reddington disbarred over claims that he engaged in jury intimidation.

🔷️The criticism came after Kevin Reddington gender doxxed the male juror (1 of only 3 on the jury) for being the sole hold out on the 11-1 panel.
🔷️He then demanded that the juror be questioned in open court (rather than a sidebar) which would have exposed that juror’s identity to the public.
🔷️Reddington told reporters the panel had been “robbed by one man, for whatever his agenda was,” who he said stole seven weeks from the other jurors.
🔷️He accused the juror of being a bigot, saying he was voting guilty because he was biased against Clancy’s disability.

🔷️He accused the juror of refusing to follow the law – citing the female foreperson he was proud of – who claimed that one juror acknowledged doubt but would not apply the judge’s instruction on reasonable doubt.
Critics say this is a clear case of jury intimidation and ask whether a lawyer who talks that way about a holdout should face bar discipline.
They add that Reddington did not respect the jury process and engaged in a mob mentality against the juror who refused to fold to the pressure put upon him by the visibly angry women on the jury, who had a difficult time containing their emotions even in front of the judge.
Judge William Sullivan questioned jurors individually, re-instructed them, and said he would not remove any one or take sides inside the jury room.
Sullivan declared a mistrial after Reddington made a last-minute bid to the Massachusetts Supreme Court.
After Reddington revealed that the lone holdout was a male (1 of 3) people started posting online that they were searching for him and were certain they could identify him.
Critics saying Reddington used a press conference to put a target on the juror who would not fold, adding that he was sending a clear message to any juror in the future that may think about going against the mob rule.
Reddington’s actions send a message to any juror who may sit in that courtroom if they have a retrial; “align with us, or we will punish you and expose you to the violent left. “
