#new Criminal referrals have been filed for Obama & Biden administration officials who allegedly funneled $29 billion in green energy grants to former cabinet secretaries, major Democratic donors, and political activists including a group tied to Stacey Abrams.

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin has made several criminal referrals to the DOJ over what he describes as a massive self-dealing scandal.
Zeldin saying that his team’s review uncovered systematic abuse where taxpayer dollars from programs like Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act were given to politically connected insiders with little oversight, minimal qualifications, and clear conflicts of interest.

Zeldin highlighted beneficiaries including former employers and major donors to Democrats.
Grants went through just eight pass-through nonprofits, some brand-new or thinly capitalized, with ties to Biden allies.
Internal reviews flagged high salaries, conflicts, and weak oversight.
