The District Attorney in Manhattan – Alvin Bragg – has dropped the assault charge against 27-year-old West African Gus-mane Coul-iba-ly.
Coul-iba-ly was arrested and charged after he threw large blocks of ice and snowballs at NYPD officers, sending a few to the hospital with injuries to their necks and faces.
Socialist mayor Zohran Mandani called it a snowball fight between kids, however, the migrant is 27 years old, and the officers were not throwing snowballs back, tried to make them stop and did not look like they were having any fun.
This same African migrant was indicted for robbery less than a month ago. Bragg is now being charged with a misdemeanor count of obstructing governmental administration and a harassment violation.
